Presenters Andrew Smith and Julian Clark from Crowe Horwath will take you through the basics of reading and understanding your financials. They will help you really know the nuts and bolts of your balance sheet, profit and loss and related reports. Whether you want a refresher or are starting from scratch, this session will help you get real insights into how your business operates.

Andrew Smith — Partner

Julian provides accounting, compliance and business advice. He works with clients in areas including manufacturing, commercial property, aquaculture and construction, aquaculutre and start-ups. Julian’s areas of special interest and expertise include forecasting and planning, business advice, financing assistance and trans-Tasman operations.
