Significant changes to the Employment Relations Act came into force at the end of last year, with further changes coming into force from 6 May 2019. The changes relate to 90 day trial provisions, rest and meal breaks, reinstatement, union access, collective bargaining, protection for vulnerable employees and the “30 day rule”.
Come along to be informed about changes to the Employment Act.
